Yes. When deferring the semester, you need to download
temporary withdrawal from the Graduate School
Website( https://graduateschool.uonbi.ac.ke/ )
and complete it. Once approved, you can proceed. You have
deferred your studies for a period requested
The excess amount is available for the next semester or if you
have completed the course, you can apply for a refund from the
Finance office
You attend classes for the units paid for in full, you should
register the units for the semester by week 5 after which the SMIS portal is closed
