REQUIREMENTS FOR PhD FULL REGISTRATION
- Signed Declaration of Originality Form by the student
- Anti-plagiarism report whose similarity index is less than 15% signed by the Lead Supervisor and endorsed and stamped by the Dean, School of Business
- A cleared fee statement from Finance Office (G3)
- A signed Certificate of Correction signed by the Lead Supervisor addressed to the Director, Graduate School
- A final research proposal signed by the student and all supervisors
- Minutes of the final research proposal defence
- Provisional Transcript signed by the Dean
- Progress Report
- Request for extension if registration has expired
